Dosing Slide

Fiebig dosing slides can be used as seals and as a means for dosing free-flow bulk solids. Each slide is constructed out of welded steel sheets, which are galvanized in the end. They are driven either by a worm geared motor and a bidirectional rack and pinion drive. A manual override is implemented left and right from the drive shaft. The seep is collected in a ditch and sideways conducted into an on-site drainage system. The final positions and the material control button are retrieved by inductive proximity switches, which are wired together with the motor to terminal box.
