Linear motion vibrating screen

Fiebig linear motion vibrating screens are driven by two contra-rotating unbalance motors. They utilise a linear motion directed to the plant's centre of gravity. The throwing angle of the screen results from its design and process engineering and is adjustable via the masses of the unbalance motors. The screen box absorbs all the static and dynamic powers and supports itself at four points against the substructure. The unbalance motors are located on the driving axle above the screen deck. The fact that the screen ascends before throwing guarantees an optimum dewatering of the material.
